Kind, professional, respectful, responsive, transparent and excellent communication throughout the process is the way I would describe Alex and Champ's Roofing. We just had our roof replaced after a recent storm and they were with us every step of the way from beginning to the end. The team showed up bright and early and completed the roofing job and cleaned everything up in one day. They were super friendly and respectful. Alex and this company saved my life. I had to get my roof fixed due to hail damage while having to meet the deadline for closing on my house. It's been a little less than a year since they replaced my roof. In the process I forgot to tell them to remove the satellite dish for the cable I used to have. They replaced the roof with no problem until a recent rain when I started to have a leak where the satellite dish was. It wasn't any fault of theirs — it was me forgetting to tell them to remove the dish. Without any problems, I called them up and they immediately came out in the rain to cover up the problem and fixed the roof the next day. Now that is professionalism. Thank you, Alex Velasquez.

Alex with Champ's Choice was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He walked us through every step of the way. He made sure to be here when the insurance adjuster came so that nothing was missed. He really took care of us from beginning to end. He was always available and responsive and was able to get the work scheduled quickly. The day of the job, Champ's team showed up bright and early and worked all through the day. They were friendly and the site supervisor made sure that the work didn't interfere with our day.
